The Property

Two UK-based caravan parks — each owned by private investors — had never undergone an embedded Capital Allowance assessment, despite substantial infrastructure works across both sites.

The first park, larger in scale, had seen significant investment in drainage, lighting, electrical supply, and communal facilities. Our site survey revealed £348,840 in unclaimed embedded Capital Allowances, resulting in a £66,279.04 tax saving.

The second park, though more modest in size, included qualifying features such as buried services, utility connections, lighting, and shared-use areas. Our review uncovered £103,805 in unclaimed allowances, generating a further £19,722 in tax relief.
